Hi, I ‘’m Caitlin.

I have studied healing modalities since I was old enough to ask questions.

A spiritually-driven and intuitive child, I threw myself into self-studies of energetic and intuitive work at a young age, and I learned about mystics and healers from cultures around the world.

In college, I was called into this work and began walking this path as my career. I earned a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling and Art Therapy from Naropa University. Transpersonal Counseling offered the emphasis on spirituality that I craved, and I had the opportunity to study art therapy, an alternative to traditional talk therapy.

While in school, I expanded my studies to include medicinal herbs, somatic listening, Tantra, mindfulness, nutrition and Reiki.

After graduation, I traveled to Rishikesh, India, where I studied yoga and Ayurveda. I became a psychotherapist, Licensed Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Art Therapist. Then I heard the call from the universe to apprentice under Naomi Love, a renowned healer and teacher, through the Wise Womb Medicine Path.

I studied a holistic approach to healing that includes: Mayan Abdominal Massage and Uterine Healing from the Taoist traditions, earth-centered and energetic healing, plant spirit medicine, herbalism, Shamanic journeying, including soul retrieval and cord cutting, sound healing, and divination.

I then continued to study herbalism and post-natal womb healing touch as an apprentice under Laura Matthews of Holistic Pathways. I have extensive personal experience in journey work, somatic movement, and meditation. I was recently trained in Cranialsacral Therapy. I am continuing to study the use of plant medicines and psychedelics for healing under the guidance of and in partnership with Sarah Hope of Forest Medicine Coaching and The Chestnut School of Herbal Medicine.

After having my first child recently, I am returning to this work with a new lens and increased capacity. Birth and postpartum put me through the ringer, and I now can truly say, I know how hard this time can be when not fully supported.

I am passionate about the nitty, gritty, never easy, but oh-so-worth-it soul work. I love helping others to uncover their truth and deepen their connection to spirit.

I t would be an honor to be your guide for this journey.

xoxo,

Caitlin Arce
